I have seen 2 sites
1. Meenakshi layout (BBMP), Kalena Agrahara (1350/sq.ft), Bannerghatta Rd
2. Vakil Satellite Town(BMRDA) (1450/sq.ft), Sarjapur Rd
please give ur suggestions, which is best investment?.

Are you getting both the sites for free? just kidding..you have to mention rates as well to evaluate the best investmant option

it is 30 * 40 site
1. Meenakshi layout (BBMP), Kalena Agrahara, Bannerghatta Rd - 1350 per sq.ft
2. Vakil Satellite Town(BMRDA), Sarjapur Rd - 1450 per sq.ft

i would prefer bmrda over sites that have been newly added 2 bbmp.
one simple reason is not all are aware about the procedure and complexities involved.
bank ppl will make u run like anything.
one very imp, u cant construct house or get plan approved as betterment ud not be paid.
amit
