I am looking to buy an independent 20x30 duplex house in Bangalore south preferably in and around Bannerghatta and kanakapura roads. (JP 7th phase, Akshayangar, Uttarahalli, Padmanabhanagar, Vijayabank layout, Kodichikkanahalli).

The max budget would be 55L.

have you read my post about BTM 4th stage 2nd block and BTM 6th stage.There are issues in site numbers in both these layouts .pls be aware before purchasing a house in these layouts.there is a duplex house for sale but the plot number is xxxx and the builder has constructed in plot number yyyy and trying to sell it off.pls be cautious abt these two layouts.
