Hi,
I am registering a BDA site from the sub registrars office in blore. Got the draft sale deed & original sale deed prepared by the document writer. He says charges are ard Rs 8000.
So wanted to know from ppl who have registered recently wht are the approximate charges for the preparation of sale deed ?

Average Rs. 3,000/-(Ranges between Rs2,500 to 3,500).
Depending on the lawyer and the content involved in the transaction entries based on the
number of hands property has changed earlier.
