Hi,
I need information about a layout which is next to Candor and Christ Academy in Hullahalli in Begur-Koppa road.
The developer says the layout does not need BMRDA/BDA approval as the layout is approved by Gram Panchayat. I am also not sure Hullahalli falls into BDA/BMRDA.

Now the question i want to ask is can panchayat also approve the layouts in place of BDA/BMRDA?

One more thing I observed that the layout is still in greenbelt, i.e., not yet DC converted... and the developer is quoting 650/- psf...

Please i need inputs...

All of South Bangalore till Anekal is now part of either BDA/BMRDA. Panchayat is Not the right authority to approve any layout. That too in GreenBelt High High Risk... Do not Buy even if he gives for 100 Rs psft.... AnyDay Govt can plan a Road or widening work there and it is all gone. That is the reason the BMRDA came into existence. I think ur area will come under BMRDA/APA----Anekal Planning Authority. You can check the website.





I would suggest you to stay away from such layouts.
