what stages electrician needed for what activities? please help so that i can negotiate during my contract

Hi Sam,
I have confirmed today with electrical contract for 15k per floor (G+1) Total 30k including all motor connection to meter & Except earth excavation & filling for earth work.

1. Oh ok and i heard rates are around 13K why yours is 15K?
2. Is all the flitting of lights around the compound/exterior fitting are covered like in portico ,in terrace, in compound wall for decoration etc?
3. What is much great in connecting motor point ? . It really helps as need to understand it little more on this.
4. What phases you will engaged ? eg:during concrete he should lay the conduit, latter point when he will involved?

Assuming yours is a column based construction, there are broadly three
stages. First one is just before laying of roof slab for any floor where
the electrician will place the molding pipes. Next one is before the
internal plastering in any floor when he will do groove cutting and finally
routing of the cables and fixtures installation.
