This is about BTM 4th stage 2nd bock and BTM 6th stage sites issue.In the above mentioned layouts there is a big confusion created by BDA ie the number of sites mentioned in the layout plan is not matching with the number of sites when measured physically.Because of this there is confusion in identifying the sites.In one such case the schedule of the property says it is a south facing site as per the schedule of property in the possession certificate issued by BDA but the layout plan (blue print)shows the same site as a corner site. if in a particular street there has to be 14 numbers of 20x30 sites there are only 12 number of sites when measured physically .Because of this people are confused and some builders who purchased a 20x30 site in such a street has put up his construction in some others site and he is trying to sell it off after knowing that he has constructed in the wrong place.pls be aware of these issues and make a thorough check with BDA Engineers in identifying a plot before going to purchase a site or constructing a house in these layouts.
