Can any one guide about this - I am very keen about this project and it falls under 234 survey number in Kambipura Kangeri Hobli. The location and the development has attracted me very much. If any one has invested please share your details about your experience.

Are you talking about the one in Anchepalya mysore road after the Mosque?
I visited the site and spoke to the builder. They say its BDA approved with BDA Khatha. They are quoting 1600/psft. Most of the Sites are Booked (as usual by builders). Yet to see the documents.

Are any one looking for investment in this project i have already finalised with some numbers in blocking the site. The project is dam good in location but i heard there will always good to see other friends who are already booked or looking to book. We can be a group to verify the documents.
