What is normal rate for Plumbing and Electrical labour work? . i will get the material , how do they charge ? .

In general plumbing labour rates are per point or per toilet based.Per point they quote everything separate
Fixing sink ,wc , tap, divertor,oht etc.Per toilet they charge anywhere between 15 - 20 k depending up on the work involved .If its a simple toilet you can get even for 10k.
Electrical is also per point or just lumpsum for entire building.

Can you also please let us know what is the cost per sq according to current market, for the electrical contractor.

Even I am looking at per point rates for electric and plumbing work.
