Hi,
I am in process of finalizing the purchase of BDA site. The seller got it registered in 2006 and by that
time the BDA had transferred the layout to BBMP so, will there be a BDA khata or only bbmp khata certificate.

Currently, the seller has only BBMP khata. Will this cause problem in getting loan for the property?

Please clarify my doubts.

Venky, if it is a BDA layout he should have a BDA Khata till 2006 with tax paid receipts, which should have been transferred to BBMP after 2006.

Thanks chidu. But, the bda property was registered to him by BDA in 2006 and the layout is in bbmp limits.

Since the layout is already transferred to BBMP, BBMP A Khatha should be sufficient. even if you apply for a new Khatha to BDA, i dont think they will issue the khatha as they no more own the layout.
