Hello,

There are few BDA approved sites in gated community in rate of 1500 psf on mysore road. 10 Km from raja rajeshwari arch. or bsk 6th stage.
On the other side, there are BMRDA approved sites in gated community at 1200 psf near chandapur circle near hosur main road.

which of this is better choice for living after 5 years.

Any layout you that think is free of legal issues?. Price and merrits/de-merrits would be helpful.

BDA sites always has more value. If you can tell the exact address of mysore road site then I can give more opinion on that. Is it near raja rajeshwari medical coll ?

How far is another site from hosur highway chandapura circle ?

Near to medical college. I am not sure about connectivity though. Further i dont know the onging prices.
BDA approved gated community is 1500, does this mean near by BDA sites are also at the same price?

Regarding hour road project - 2 km from hour road. Some of them are 1 km from chandapur circle.



Location wise i feel chandpur circle seem to be more developed from living perspective

Near to that medical coll ? I have seen that sai shankara BDA approved sites. In paper add they have quoted 1250. Best price is 1000 to 1100rs but development wise it will take another 8 to 10 years. Metro station is going to reach kengeri by 2017. If your home town is near to mysore then it makes sense of buying here.

2km frm chandapura is okay. but there borewell water is not good. think about connectivity to ur working location also.

ANy other good layouts near by in similar budget? how is the layout shankara layout. Builder reputation?

Please suggest any other approved layout in this vicinity.

I never came across any BDA approved layout near by other than this.
In kengeri you can try with Sir M Visvesvaraiha BDA layout but price is around 2500/sqft.
