Want to fix on a site in Telecom, some of the owners are not coming down below 4000 per sqft even though its a BBMP A Khata.
BDA Khata sites are also quoting the same but in this case I have not spoken to the owner yet.

What is a fair price i Telecom for BDA khata sites.

you can pl contact me if you want a site in telecom site as I am the owner of one site of size 2400 sq ft I am offering @ 3000/sq ft it is BBMP A khata site. I could not post it in the forum as I was not very familiar with the internet usage. I have requested the adminr also to help me in posting this offer.
