Hi Friends,

I am on the look out for a 30x40 plot in ITI layout Nagarbhavi, i have been told that the price per square feet is Rs 4500/- for a South Facing plot, is this price genuine or is it being hyped up.

Any information on this would be of great help.

I am sure you are aware that the actual price however varies based on a lot of factors like proximity to the ring road, or any major road, location of the site (corner) etc.
Over the past 6-7 months, the area has seen prices and in certain cases land deals finalized for prices between 3500 - 4800 INR per sqft. This is the prevailing "market" rate for ITI layout which is a BDA approved layout.
