I was told about a layout called little acres adjacent to Anjanapura 3rd A block. As per the agent, the site is DC converted with BBMP A khata and loan should be available. Does anyone have additional information about the layout?

The entrance to the layout is very close to the landfill, I decided not to pursue any further. The rates quoted were 2100-2300 for 80 X 50 site.
