I have plot in BDA area, next to my site there is margin land. I would like to buy this from BDA. Any body have experience in buying such margin land. I had referred the mechanism mentioned by BDA. It gave me an impression that, it may take many years and has to pass through many tables. Anybody knows a facilitator who can take the ownership for a certain fees?

Also, how to find details about this margin land and where?
