The one near gottigere will be veru close to JP Nagar 8 phase. This is a real boost for the real estate price in that region.

The just-approved Phase-2 is only the tip of the iceberg. Once operational with basic networked reaches, Namma-Metro is going to be so popular as a means of conveneint transport that it would spread its wings far and wide around Bangalore - by sheer public demand. I can vouch for that having lived and worked in Metro-enabled cities such as NYC, Paris etc. Even Delhi metro joins that elite list for that matter!
