construction estimate for bank

I am about to prepare and submit construction estimate for a G+3 construction on 30x40 ft. site to HDFC.

Please let me know the level of detail I need to furnish to the bank.

Architect's Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is very detailed (e.g., http://www.mybdasites.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2410)
I dont intend to share that much to bank to protect my flexibility in future.

Please share if you have used any particular format.
