floor plan charges for 30 x 40 site

I want to construct single floor house in 30 x 40 site west facing with provision for future expansion (staircase planing)
Can somebody suggest what will be the current charges for floor planing and drawings. Can anybody give some referance

Hi Jaga
If you are looking for a plans and other thecnical drawings only it will cost you 40- 50 k including structural details .The cost of services is not fixed it will vary from person to person.

What will the avrage charges based on site dimension or per square of construction? approximately I am planning for approx 20 squre construction.

Hi,
For residence there is no sft based fee .It works only in large scale projects like apartments, commercials etc...If you convert the 3-5 % to per sft it ranges between 40 - 80 /- per sft .
