Katha question

We have 40X50 plot in Jayanagar which is the property of my late father . The three sons would like to build three apartments. The property papers are very clear and still in the name of my late father . Should
we first transfer the katha jointly are prepare the partition deed and get individual kathas for three apartments.

Hi Sudhir,
you have to do first partition deed , then based on your partition deed, khatha bifurcation will happen.
