Some 6 years back I am the buyer, learned lot of process involved in buying a BDA plot. Now I want to become a seller; I have little ideas on how to sell a BDA Site. Though I have some broker’s contact they will easily take care of the selling process, at the same time I need to pay a big money to them, and which is reflecting as a increased price of a plot, buyer don’t ready to pay big money.

Can some one help me the steps how to sell a plot after getting a buyer. Like what are all the documentation stuffs I need to work upon, how many middle man I have to go across etc… etc…


Please advice
