Hi All,

I am trying to buy a site in govt Society, Hebbal. Documents wise it has a conversion order, BDA NOC, & tax paid documents. But Its a BBMP B-Khata. I need a loan to buy. so is there a possibility of getting a loan to buy this site? If yes which banks can I approach?

not sure whether you can get a loan for 'B' Khata, try with some nationalised banks.

Non banks like Indiabulls will give loans. Try your luck.
