Gram panchayat Plan Approval

I am planning construct a house on a 30X40 Plot which comes under the Yarandanahalli Gram Panchayat. The layout is approved by BMRDA. Does any one know the process for getting plan approval from Gram panchayat.
Please share your experience in getting Panchayat approval.

Has any one taken a plan approval from Gram panchayat in a BMRDA Approved layout.
Please advise on the procedure for the same.

dear Sir,
If it is BMRDA/ATPA layout, yarandally panchayat has been empowered to sanction building plan as per the KTCP Acts. We would suggest you to approach the Anekal Town Planning Authority on Hosur Road for proper guidance. (Might be RK Township) The developers may assist you.
