We are looing at a 60*40 site in Tejaswini Nagar pase -2 from the layout developer, broker quoted price of 2300

are there any known litigation cases pending in court in this layout.

what's the ongoing price , any information is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

IMO, for phase 2 it looks expensive (iflated by broker), for phase 1 might have been ok I guess. You can alternatively try in Nobel Residency which is adjacent. Lot more houses have come up and you might get within 1750 - 2000 for 2400sq feet
