Anjanapura - 6th/7th or 8th block

Which is preferable between 6th , 7th and 8th block and are there any difference in rates between these blocks..What would be good rate for immediate settlement? 1200 to 1300 rs per sq ft for 2400 sq ft land..
Promp response from ANjanapura SME's will be appreciated.

I doubt you will get anything for 1300, even for immediate settlement. I like 10, 11, 12 better than 6,7 and 8 since they are at a higher elevation

I agree with Plotguy. And in 10 11 already few houses have come up may be due to nearness to bannerghatta raod and kembathahalli village. May be if u rise your offer to 1800 -2000 u may have a deal.
