whats the latest Prices in SMV Layout

Heard that there is very poor transactions are happening for the BDA layouts such as Anjana pura, BSK 6th stage and SMV layout, as the infrastructure is the main issue whch is not yet in place. Hence I would like to know the recent happenings and please update the latest prices of the SMV Layout.
