Which bank provides loan for purchasing site at better interest rate?

Site is DC Converted, comes under BBMP and has ‘A’ Khata .

Any pointers would be of great help.

HDFC Gives site loans.

also IDBI,LIC housing gives loans for plot, HDFC will also fund for plots but they require approved plan mostly.
