Hi All,

Recently i purchased a plot near tumkur road at bangalaore outskirts which is NOT in BDA/BBMP., However the land is done with DC conversion at 1974.
Thus it is a DC converted plot meant for residential purpose & not a green belt. I am a salaried employee & could easily get the loan.

Request your answers for the folllowing questions.

1. Who are the vendors who can avail home loan for this plot ?
2. What are the documents required to avail home loan ?
3. Will i betting Khata for this land as it is still not in BBMP/BDA limit ?

Appreciate your responces.

Thanks,
Pr@shanth

I think still u can get Loan from private banks, like DHFL, co-operative banks, on panchayath katha in non BDA /BBMP limits.

documents reqd will be

1. conversion order
2. mother deeds of property & land doc's.
3. katha & tax paid, plan
& other doc's

already site registered in your name- then approach nearest panchyath office in limits , get khatha transferred. or site khatha must be in landlord/owner name

If I get a consolidation loan will it help or hinder me getting a home loan for a first time buyer? We have poor credit and trying to repair it; however we want to purchase a home by the end of the year. Will it adversely affect my chances of getting a home loan if we take out a consolidation loan to kick start the credit pay offs?
