I heard lastweek that BBMP started collecting betterment charges and isssuing A katha. Is this information correct? when I contacted the agent for a site he said, from june, they started collecting betterment charges at rs20/sft.

All,
i am buying a site.The site is DC Converted and the site owner has applied for A khata and he gave khata acknowledgement to me.Please let me know in how many days Khata will be issued(Un official charges are also paid)? This information is need for me as i am going to enter into an agreement after Khata is issued.
