My cousin intends to buy plot at anjanapura 3rd "A" block.And i came to know that a big "apartment project" [looks like]has started at anjanapuara 3rd "A"block when i visited there along with my cousin.

your feed back w.r.t this block and ongoing rates can act as a guideline for my cousin who wants to explore there.

3rd block is on lower elevation than 9,10,11 and 12. Did you visit rest of Anjanapura as well ? If you did, you can see that you would have to climb a "mini hill" to reach 10th block.
In any case, it is very difficult to get responses as to what the real prices are. This is true for all areas in Bangalore. The brokers are going to quote Rs 2000 and would be buyers would say it is around Rs 1000. Sellers are reluctant to post prices.
