@pradyehv, Have they presented your cheques already? Do you think it would be wise to go to their office personally and check the state of the matters? Telling one week and delaying it by 4 weeks does not sound too good. What execuse did they have to give you?

I have seen a layout opposite to MSR green city - Harsha nagar .
The devlopment is complete with all the proper katha and conversion with NPA approval.
Verified by Lawyer.
They are giving loans in LIC. The price is 800 RS per sq ft
I need to know is it worth investing in nelamangala for Long Term say 10 to 20 years.
My Budget is ~10Lacks. Please let me know
