Hi,

I own a site in 9th block.. Could anyone let me know when the quarry will be closed as my site is facing the quarry.? Anybody thinking of constructing in 9th block? Please suggest is it worth keeping it as I'm running out of patience with the lack of development in this area. Anyone has any idea of when BWSSB would start their work? and how much time it would take for completion?

Dont worry about Quary, it would be fenced and Sites would be protected, even if there is delay in filing quary.
I own a site in 9 th block not far from yours, and i am planning construction within few months.

Let me know when exactly you wish to start the construction.

I'm planning to construct anytime soon provided the BWSSB complete the work. I'm just waiting for them atleast start the work. I don't think ground water availability is so good because of the rocks in that area.

Hi Guru,

I have contacted the BDA (BSK Office), they have confirmed we can only expect under drainage within 6-8 months period from BWSSB. Regarding water supply, they told it will be only considerd after 25% of the layout occupation completes.

This is like Andha pehala ya Murgha Pehala...!

Today I visited the Anjana Pura 11th block area, i own a plot there. Glad to see new road coming up, Arya Hamsa has finished the slabs of 6 floors and Oceanus Iris has fenced off their construction. I have attached the latest photos.

I own a 40x60 site in 6th Block on the parallel road to the 80ft read and plan to construct around Dec 2012. Any one planning to construct in that area please lets get in touch.
