You can whatsapp me on 9986759464 and I can share the pictures with you. we are paying around 62 rs per cft for plastering msand , and 40rs per cft for regular construction msand. like Mr Praveen said , its just a matter of time until everyone shifts to alternate sand rather than using river sand.

Hi Kumar,
You can use M-sand for plastering, thecnically no problem but aesthetically you have to face some problems .
