if you are looking for Flower and medicinal saplings, you can visit 'Dhanvantary Nursery' maintained by Bangalore University inside their campus.
They charge a very minimal amount, earlier they used to charge Rs. 3/sapling. Now, they might have increased to Rs. 5 or something.
