Please do call there customer service number 1800 22 3435 ,and executive will contact you. Mine they still haven;t contacted as i haven't made my mind as there are many compliants by customers going with these NBFC banks as they change interest rates/problem during pre payment etc as they don;t come under RBI they wish to do what every they want . Found highly risk as some compliants of charging 19% interest from 13% without any reason.

yeah i agree that NBFC will have higher interest rates but better than personal loans as you get longer tenure for repayment in case of housing loans. but when i enguired with DHFL they said they have discontinued loans for B khatha sites. l will check with can finn home loans. they have been in the market for a very long time.

I am also looking at loan for B Khata Property and checked with Indiabulls and LICHF both of them have declined.

Please can i have contacts who still provide for B Khata.

CanFIn and few branches of LICHousing also provide loans for B khata sites or constructed houses.
