Thanks Palmut ...as of now im going for full contract Material + labour... im pondering over the option of going with full contract for Civil work and the finishing on labour contract ..

for civil work + Plumbing & electrical im planning to go for full contract (Material + labour) and im contemplating on going for labour contract for finishing

i feel the quote is higher than the current market trend hence will not be going with this contractor ...will have to do litl more of R&D before i nail it
what do you suggest ?
