I have sent yo a PM BengaluruBoy. I purchased Havells cables. I am yet to buy the other electrical equipment, which I will sometime in the next couple of months.
I didnt post the details of the shop due to personal reasons.
If anyone is interested to know the details, I do not have a problem providing it to them. Just PM me and you will have it all.

Thanks Mohan.

I need to finalize electrician with in 2 days, since I'm having roof by next week.

1. Do I can go with complete floor contract or Point wise. My contractor interested with point wise contract.
2. Roughly per floor he is charging 15K.
3. Additional to Point wise charge, he will add conduit running charge for all wiring.

Can any one share checklist or suggestion.

Pradeep

You will also need a electrician during the lintel stage...

I would prefer the lumpsum contract floorwise, as it is too complicated to count the number of points/ measure the running cables & so on. In a lumpsum contract have a rider that even in case the number of switches are expected to increase, the price remains the same. This again depends on the size of the plot. For a 1200 SFT plot, they charge 13.5 to 15K. This however excludes the grounding & works at the pole termination.

Why we need during lintel stage as during roofing and posting that is where we need electrician where conduit laying + latter wiring/points and fixing switches ?

do guide what he will do during lintel stages?

Give it in running meter. for conduit laying or pay wages If you have electrical engineering drawings
