Yes. the same guys do cutting the stone and cladding work. If you PM me, I can provide contact and you can check with cost. My house is columnless construction with entire basement done with dressed stones. I know the dressing cost persft but never checked about cladding with them.

Sira is better than Sadarahalli. Sadarahalli is pretty much the one that you see BBMP using for covering the open drain. Don't know sira stone cost. Sadarahalli 3-5" thickness slabs should cost 75-80sft when bought in small qty.

I remember something like 15-18rs for Pointing and acidwash. Still not reached that stage yet.

There is a difference between laying :
1. cladding tile
2. cutting stone pieces from the slabs and sticking them in cladding form

The #2 looks lot more elegant and its generally done by stone work ppl. For #1 your tile layer should be able to do. For #2 you can contact Appu 9845540305

As mentioned by Girish, the second option looks elegant and its expensive too. I have got the cladding with sadarahlli which costed Rs.220/sqft. The shop is on Uttarahalli main road near Poorna prgna layout. If its Sira stone, the they charge between Rs.280-300/sqft. Sira stones will be grey in color and will have uniform grains where as sadarahalli will have different grains. Have attached the photo of my house for your reference.

They charged me around Rs.225/sqft for material + labour. If you want with Sira stone, they will charge between Rs.275-300.

Guys, 220/sq.ft is very costly for any type of Sadarahalli stone cladding. Quality goes in this descending order, Sira, Narasapura, Sadarahalli. Sira is the best coz it will also have diff colour.The red ones are way too costly( around 200+ labour).I got the Narasapura slabs ( approx. 2ft*5ft) 4 inch thinckness , for 80rs/sq.ft. And i will be paying at the most 70rs/sq.ft ( costliest among what i got , may bargain to 60rs/sq.ft) for labour .So that makes max 150-160/sq.ft. I will share the photos ones done.

Just to add , when i say labour it includes cutting the rough slab into 4" piecs, laying , polishing + acid washing at the end. Please ensure you talk about acid wash as well in labour, as they normally charge extra for acid washes.Also , i got the stone from one person and laying man from a different place.. else for sure they will have a commission part in your price!!
