Hello Siva, To be frank, my experience with this society has not been that good. I was also not a member of the society. The reason for this is the enormous delay in getting the site registered. Till date, it has not been registered. As said in my previous reply, it was mostly to do with MUDA and Govt. of Karnataka. I am not sure as to how they have been doing with the other projects. Hence, I would not want to mislead you. I believe that investments such as these are to be done with extreme caution, atleast in these days. Do a bit of homework and some inquiries. If you decide to do go with the investment, contact me again. I will put you to one of the top guys there, with whom you can take your discussions further. Good luck. Regards, VNarasimhaiah.

Hi ,

My opinion is better not to go with Karnataka Telecom Housing society who have projects ending with SAGARAS.

I have applied for the Mysore project 5 yrs back and still not got the allotment inspite of paying the whole amount. They have not done any project complete, so better avoid taking new risk. For me i got stuck with the project and now even if i pull the money out i loose the entire bank interest , so still praying god that i get the allotment soon.

Regards'
Hari Krishnan

Dear Hari Krishna, Which is the 'Saagara' you have booked the property. 5 years is too long a period, when compared to mine which is 3.5 years (which I feel is way too slow). Paid up the full money and also the extra they asked for. Just like you, praying to get an allotment and registration done. Good luck. Keep me posted of the latest you hear about the registration. The society is genuine. But its takes long time to complete the project. You have to keep this in mind. I am also in same dilemma.

I don't think the Aeropark residency guys have anything to show as completed. They talk about having done something in Mysore, which is to be established. What is intriguing is also the fact that the developer felt the need for changing their company name midway just before taking up this development.

All these so called societies are involved neck-deep in Corruption. According to the rules, it is meant only for employees who've continued to be in employment with the said organization. In the Lokayuktha nomination cases of Justice Patil and Justice Bannurmath, the courts have re-clarified the same. Think thrice before investing in such societies. Your site allocation may get cancelled any day. And as far as AYUSHMAN BHAVA Telecom layout is concerned, check the below thread in Wikimapia. It is clear that people have invested in this layout 5 years ago and have not got site allotted yet. http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=12.811749&lon=77.7892971&z=17&l=0&m=b&show=/2229870/Ayushman-Bhava-Layout-Co-operative-society
