From an investor point view Arul's demand for the quoted price is justifiable but as other said the ground reality is different as the area is still not livable, it’s always good to hold your investment for another 3 years if you are not in a hurry.

Its neither the SELLER (including his supporters) nor the BUYER (including his supporters) decide the price . . . they only propose their price with some x,y,z rationale (Ex. Arul's rationale is FD, PlotGuy counter rationale is plots are smaller then 1200sqft) . . . Its the MARKET which decides the price.
btw, i personally think MARKET is right now not in favor of people who bought their sites in 2007. But, still its much better then what it was a year and a half back.
