Hi,
check all the relevant laws before you think of buying. No hurry. Find the best examiner in property docs and then decide. Sites in TN is under trouble. Tamil Nadu Government has issued notices to site owners without proper approvals.

I have a plot in NBR green Valley, I bought it in Oct'10 so far i have not heard any issues.

May I know what price you bought it for. I had a site visit today the builder is quoting 650/sqft in this layout. is it worth the investment?
