Planning to buy a house, the owner MR X is expired and katha is in his name.But his wife is legal nominee .
Now in order to buy that house, does the khatha needs to changed in the name of house owners wife or with existing khatha can i got ahead ...

Have planned to buy a house and in the process finalised few houses near jnanabharathi 2nd stage bhuvaneshwari nagar on the way to matha amrtuha ashram.
Here are are queries.

1. Does the layout come under BDA or BBMP(cause the broker told the land is BDA ...
