I am planning to buy house which is bit old in the nagarbhavi 2nd stage.
seller is claiming that the site value itself is 4500 rup/sqft and hence coming with some value.

Is this real selling value at the nagarbhavi 2nd stage ?

I can see that this value exists near by BDA complex, but not sure at ...
