I think it would be best to approach BBMP office for clarification on plans sanction. Post SC verdict, I expect our applications will be accepted.

Looks like this is going to be never ending story.... I have not heard goverment planning to compensate people who are impacted.

There is no positive news coming for those of us impacted by NGT restrictions. Not sure, what's in fate for us. It has been so stressful and traumatic from last 2 years.

Really?? Thsi sounds illogical and impractical. Returning back money on many years back auctioned site. Some of these sites have changed hands and now different owners. What would be amount of returned money (considering appreciation and interests or)and how will it be handled ?

It seems no update came from 13th July hearing. Many of us who are victims of NGT order are clueless on this and simply waiting for a conclusion from SC.

Even I am looking for the clarity on this. How long this impasse would continue?
I understood now building plans sanction is done completely online so we may try submitting application and wait for response from authorities.

No updates as of now. We are all waiting for SC verdict. It is irony that when politicians want the SC meets in midnight and for common public the case drag for years or decades.

The SWD is right behind my plot. However this SWD proximity didn't require any buffer earlier on all plan sanctions before NGT order came. It is to be noted that both adjacent neighboring plots were already constructed and they got the plan sanctioned without issues ...
