Do anybody advise me regarding purchase of plot at Lavisa Planet behind Nandi Hills.Do anybody has visited the project recently and update me with the development. The developer seems to be making some ambitious claims which seeks verification.

I have been told by the developer that farm land plot of 2 gunta can not be registered outside 40 km from Bangalore and he insist on offering GPA.Can somebody advise on this
