I have 20x30,duplex house in ombr layout.
This house is second from the main road.
The 1st is a small 400,sft empty site. We are thinking of demolishing this 10,year old house and construct commercial by taking the small site for JD.

I want to know if we can get G+3 and a cellar approval ...

We are planning the construct 1000 sqft corner commercial site . I would like if know if we can get bbmp building plan approval for slit + G + 3.

Also please suggest go archtiects for the same.
