3rd year update - happy to say case was decided in our favor!

It was a long case - had an effective lawyer but corrupt people in BDA, cunning lawyers(other side) and collusion with mafia gangs makes it harder.

Big Tip: If you are selling your site, pls give buyer only FIRST page of your sale deed ...

Also, anyone know how to pay taxes for corporation or panchayat sites?

2nd year update - case hearing on-going still in courts so my comment is brief.

BDA officials and Police not very helpful esp if money changes hands.

Again, if you are buying pls please do extensive research before buying sites.

1 year update - case on going in courts so didn't want to comment here.

BDA officials were co-horts with a local gang to create false documents.

FYI - do NOT share photo copies of your documents, be very careful as those will be used to create duplicate ones.

I have tried to enter the property number details like Khata No, PID No, Site No - doesn't work

Anyone use the Kaveri online to get their EC? Please post the steps. What to type under "property number type" and "present property no details"
