I heard the real estate is steady phase, but here in Royal Placid, Sky rocketing... last year it was Rs. 1700 sqft in phase 1. Still these sites are gram panchayt approved, BBMP not yet approved, so hefty fee should be awaiting from BBMP I guess. Owners hype the price I believe.
