I am planning to buy a flat in Bommanhali near to the junction. The builder says the apartment is approved for G+2 floors but the flat is on G + 3 floors and hence you may have to pay some fine with in 1 lakh for regularization. is this possible to have extra unapproved floors regularlized. also ...
