I dont think you get villas in BDA/BBMP layouts. But, if you are looking at a BDA Plot and construct something, BTM 4th Stage would be a goood deal.
But Plot price ...

Planning to buy a 30X40 site in south Bangalore.
This is my first property.
Not much experience, and dont know much of local people.
It is for investment purpose.
Budget: 60-80 lacks for villas. 30-40 lacs for 30X40 sites.
I initially searched within BDA/BBMP limits, something near Begur road etc ...
