Can i construct, ground and 1st, 2nd and 3rd on a 30*40 within 40 lakhs. I want to build 2 houses on each floor for rental purpose. Is that possible, if yes give me the details. Thank you.

Thanks for the info. It is definitely more than useful. Sorry, I am not sure what is filler slab. My contractor says, 6 rods are enough for the columns ( column size is 8 inch * 15 inch ). Is that okay?
