Our apartments association has applied for Khata transfer. Approval is from BDA with CC & OC. Land is DC converted and A Khata from BBMP is available in Landowner's name.
The project was a JDA.
BBMP is asking for payment of Betterment charges and ARO says same was agreed by Builder/Landlord ...
